We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We only accept returns for any defected products, not for buyers remorse.

To start a return, you can contact us atredandwhitetop@outlook.comIf your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All products at Red and White Top are printed to order by us, therefore in most cases we are able to manufacture, pack and ship your order within 2-3 business days. For all UK orders, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered.

We only use one trusted delivery partner, Royal Mail, all orders are sent out tracked and recorded for your peace of mind.

For all international orders, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive.

Of course, we have a pop up stall every matchday you can collect your order from either before or after the game, or you can get in contact with us for local collection!
