Red And White Top are a small independently owned business, with our products made to order. For any items we do have in stock we aim to ship these the next working day. Otherwise, we aim to have your order with you within 5-7 days of ordering. As we grow, we will be able to have a much quicker turnaround. We thank you for helping us by ordering our products.
We only use one trusted partner for our deliveries, Royal Mail. Or if local we will hand deliver!
All international customers are responsible for paying customs on their orders.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We only accept returns for any defected products, not for buyers remorse.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To start a return, you can contact us at redandwhitetop@outlook.com If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
